Booking Procedure:-

Deposits:	A deposit of 25% (to the nearest £) is required on booking.
Balance:	To be paid on day of departure. Cheques accompanied by cheque guarantee card are acceptable. We also accept the following credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, JCB.
Cancellation:	Written notice is required. Please ask for brochure for full cancellation details.
Provisional Bookings:	Taken via internet or telephone can only be held for one week - if no deposit is received by then we reserve the right to cancel.
Times of Arrival and Departure:	Your room will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
