Booking Procedure:- |
| Deposit: | A deposit of 25% (to the nearest £) is required on booking. |
| Balance: | An invoice showing balance due will be sent 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment must be made within 4 weeks before date of arrival. |
| Cancellation: | Please see brochure for details. We recommend that suitable cancellation insurance be taken out for your own protection. |
| Times of Arrival and Departure: | The cottage will be ready for your occupation at 4.00pm and we ask you to depart no later than 10.30am. We ask you to respect these times in order that the property and garden are at their very best for your arrival. |
| Damages and Breakages | You are responsible for any loss or damage sustained during your occupancy and are expected to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. |
